John Shipman

Youth Chairman and U15 Team Manager

John Shipman is the Youth Chairman for the club. He has been involved for a number of seasons providing invaluable help and support with coaching (he is an ECB Level 1 Coach) the junior players at the club. He plays cricket for Burton on the Wolds CC on a Saturday but also plays for Barrow on a Sunday and is affectionatley known as "The Bowling Machine!" John's two sons also play the game with Tom playing for the U15 and U17 side as well as on Sundays.
