Gareth Williamson

1st XI Captain

Gareth Williamson was one of the youngest ever 1st XI captains in the top division of Leicestershire cricket. A talented hard hitting left handed batsman who occaisonally turns to leg spin bowling Gareth has shown himself to be a shrewd skipper leading the team to a number of cup wins and in 2008 the Divison 1 League Title. Gareth maintains the Williamson tradition of playing for Barrow Town Cricket Club.
